I practice RACK: Risk Aware Consensual Kink. Desired interactions and limitations must be discussed in advance. Limitations may include but are or limited to medical conditions, physical impairments, personal concerns, and preferences.
Consent

Deposits
A deposit must be placed before a session is put on my calendar. Deposits can be made by purchasing a digital Visa Giftcard or a digital Amazon gift card and sending it to Me at the-domina-yvette [at] proton.me
Both types of digital gift cards should be purchased through Amazon. If you prefer even more discretion, you may purchase an Amazon gift card with cash in store and e-mail the giftcard code to Me.
Deposits are $100 per booked hour. So for example, one hour = $100 deposit, two hours = $200 deposit, and so on.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Payments
The remaining payment for your session is due upon arrival. You must make payment in full by placing cash in an unsealed envelope.
Rates
Exact rates will be determined by the request. My time is precious, and My value is implicit.
Confirmation
You must confirm two hours prior to your session via text or e-mail. Failure to confirm will lead to a cancellation of your session.
Cancellations & No Shows
You may cancel without incurring a fee if you provide more than 24 hours notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice incur a fee equivalent to 50% of My tribute. This amount must be paid in full before scheduling another session.
If you do not arrive at your appointment and you have failed to provide a cancellation request, you will be black listed.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session without incurring a fee if the request is made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session start time.
Rescheduling a session with less than 24 hours notice will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of My tribute. This amount must be paid in full prior to or upon arrival to your rescheduled session.
Sessions may only be rescheduled once.
Running Late
If you are running late, you must call, text, or e-mail to let Me know your ETA as soon as possible. It is not always possible for me to accommodate late arrivals. As such, your session may be cut short. There is no discount for shortened sessions due to late arrivals.
If you are more than 10 minutes late and no notice has been provided, your session will be canceled and you will be considered a No Show.
Arrival Instructions
Arrival instructions will be provided via e-mail upon confirmation of your appointment.
How To Prepare
You must arrive at your session freshly showered and well groomed. A shower will not be provided for your use prior to play time.
What to Bring
You must bring payment for your session in an unsealed envelope. You may also bring any items that we have discussed incorporating into your session as well as items that are necessary for your health such as prescriptions.
THE PLAY SPACE
Sessions can be hosted at one of two professionally equipped facilities within Chicago.
Logan Square
The Logan Square location features 3 separate play rooms to choose from ranging from more intimate spaces to more bondage heavy play rooms. Each room is equipped according to theme. Logan Square features a full accompaniment of impact toys, sensory tools, and bondage gear.
West Loop
The West Loop location is a 900 Square foot professional dungeon equipped with BDSM furniture such as an 8′ x 8′ Suspension frame with numerous hard points, electric winch, and leather sling, a padded bondage table with a cage beneath, a rotating Catherine’s wheel, a St Andrew’s cross, a vertical cage two styles of padded spanking benches, a medical exam table with stirrups, and a queen size bed with bondage bed frame and wrist and head stockade.
